Love it! Got stranded at IAH and booked this hotel because it was cheap, close and had a gym. Score! Must be a brand new hotel but me and hubs loved it. Too bad we won’t be able to check out the free breakfast because we’ll back at IAH @5am….

The hotel looked brand new and was very clean. The staff were nice and friendly. The free breakfast had an elevated feel to it. The rooms were well-equipped and furnished and the price point was great. I have recommended this hotel to my coworkers who will be in this area later this year!

Rooms are clean and quiet. However curtains dont do good job blocking light, and with well lit parking lot makes for.tough sleep if appreciate a dark roo. Cant turn off AC fan always on Breakfast in morning is pretty basic and nothing exciting run of mill. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will say in between a good part of town and one street over pf a bit more sketchy.

We had such a great experience at TownePlace Suites Humble Intercontinental thanks to the amazing girls at the front desk — Arnesha and Lauren. They were warm, welcoming, and so attentive from the moment we walked in. They handled everything with ease and made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service, great energy, and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend — they’re the reason I’ll be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not hesitate! Book your stay at this location only! They have all other TownePlace locations beat by a long shot! Granted the hotel is new….but this is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. They speak to guests and show the utmost care and respect during your stay. We stayed for a night to attend a Quince and no one in my family wanted to leave. The rooms were very clean and spacious. No funny smell in the hotel or rooms. The breakfast is good and fully stocked. The entire hotel was nice and made us feel at home there. Will be booking here every time we come to Houston! Thank you TownePlace Suites!

Really fantastic rooms, seems like a new hotel. Only complaint I can think of is no diet pop. Tucked in a quiet area but shopping pretty close.

TownPlace Suites by Marriott Humble Intercontinental Airport is an amazing brand-new hotel (2025) with loads of amenities, and, as the name suggests, close to IAH George Bush Intercontinental Airport. As I drove up from Townsen Blvd., I was impressed with the beautiful landscaping (curb appeal) and the very exterior of the building. To the right (east) is the reception / lobby area, then, after check-in, parking wraps around the other sides of the building. I noticed there is also a charming patio area beside the door with places to sit around a fire pit and hang with your friends or family. Check-in was very pleasant and easy, with friendly staff. They told me how to access the free WiFi, hours of the free breakfast buffet, and other amenities. I was blown away by my room which was like a mini apartment, well decorated (I loved the unusual wall lighting) and welcoming. My bed was very comfy bed with quality linens and lots of great pillows. There was a full bathroom, closet (equipped with iron and ironing board), a sofa, large screened TV which was on and showing the welcome screen that welcomed me by name, an equipped kitchenette with a good-sized refrigerator, two burner stovetop, microwave, sink (with kitchen towels, dishwashing detergent, hot pads), and cupboards filled with dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware, etc. But what really surprised me was the half-sized dishwasher! Everything was pristine. The bathroom had bar soap as well as dispensers for body soap, shampoo and conditioner. The quality towels were a good size and thirsty. A standard ice bucket and personal coffee maker with supplies was also provided. The pool is on the west side and is well maintained. As everything in common areas, it is handicapped friendly, so there is a lift to help people in and out of the pool. The pool area had towels provided and a place to stash them when you’re finished. There are loungers and umbrella tables. The hotel has meeting rooms for groups, an exercise room, business center, a small store for those last minute snacks or needs. This hotel welcomes pets (I’m sure there is an additional deposit), and has a pet relief area. The breakfast is really good. There is hot food and the usual cereals, waffles, fruit, coffee (decaf and regular), hot tea, and juice. I liked the turkey sausage as well as the ham, egg and cheese croissants. All the hotel is 100% smoke free. The hotel’s location is excellent because there are all kinds of stores and restaurants within a very short walking distance. You can walk to convenience stores, specialty stores like Academy, Burlington, Kroger, At Home, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Cavender’s Boot City, or, if you walk another block or two is Deerbrook Mall. Around the corner is Black Bear Diner, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Olive Garden, and any number of other eateries and bistros, from Chinese, Mexican, Vietnamese, Indian, pizza, Cajun, Southern Soul food, etc. This was truly one of the nicest hotel stays I’ve had, better than some 5-star resorts. I highly recommend it.

We ended up here by accident and I'm sooo glad we did!! We had a non-smoking room reserved at another hotel only to arrive there at 9:30pm and find the last 2 rooms they had left smelled like smoke. We all have bad allergies, especially to smoke. We were driving by here as we left the other hotel and just randomly stopped. Pulled up to a nicely paved lot, brand new pavers out front, it all looked fresh and new!! We parked, came in and they had a room... a truely non-smoking room! Its clean, comfortable and has that new smell throughout! I really hope they can keep it this way. If a property says non-smoking then please take it outside. You might not realize how many people you truly affect by smoking in a non-smoking room. The facilities here are really nice, theres a small pool, exercise room, a bbq area and a fire pit where you can sit outside and relax. Theres a breakfast area too and although I didn't go down and eat this morning my husband said it was good and much better than where we've stayed recently. Every one of the staff I have spoke with have been very friendly and helpful!! The area is good. Pretty close to the airport. Theres a gas station behind it and a few shops. Across the street theres a shopping area. Just up the road is a busier street with chain restaurant's and stores and a mall. I would highly suggest this property. We will definitely be returning!!
